I'm trying out a new style of fur shading, but i can't decide if i like it.

So. Win or Fail? you tell me.
plz, no crits on the lines, i know they're dorky and out of proportion. thx!

I think it looks very nice :D
The cest fur has great demension, but the hip demensions are a little thick. I would spread the lines of fur on the sides a little upward, but that's just me. Overall, I think it's a really nice piece. :3 Keep up the good work.^^

Looks great to me! Maybe make the fur fade from long to short a little more gradually; making smaller and smaller clumps of fur before it becomes completely smooth like the face, legs and back. Otherwise it looks very nice.

I think this new style of yours would look awesome when you want to do a detailed drawing. For this specific drawing, I think would be more effective if you made slightly smaller clumps of fur. Right now because of the size of your wolf, I think the size of the fur clumps takes away a little of the somewhat realistic effect I think that you were going for. Other than that though, I like it! I especially like how you did the face :)
