Once again my new character! Although he has no name, his eyes are normally hidden behind his bang-type things. The tips of his dark blue markings on his back glow during the night. Looking into his eyes would cause you to fall into a deep state of sleep, which is why he normally doesn't show them. Also, because they're a pale sky blue in contrast to his dark blue markings. His favorite time of day is nighttime, obviously. He reaches his full power at night, and can kill with his eyes at the Full Moon, when he reaches his fullest of the full power. (the blue mist coming from his eye is what causes you to fall asleep.) Possible names: Twilight, Eventide. Will add more later or as I think of them. Possible mate's name: Celeste, I have yet to design her
