Hi! I am Stargazing, or Briar, or Ash, whatever my username is xD I had a line-art like this to myself for a bit, but I'm making a public one.
It looks like this under that cover, without pupil or iris or eyelids:

Base Line (includes nose, eye and line)

I'm soon to add tears and stuffz.
USAGE
Eyelids:
If you wish to use the eyelids, please go to the base lines, one of the bottom layers. Then erase part of the top side of the eye, only up to the eyelid. Do this with the iris and pupil as well.

Do shading (I was too lazy too =P)
