He doesn't look mean/angry on these lines lol
I'll tell you though, it was super difficult to get the design close to right on these lines, because of the positioning O.o
But I think in the end he turned out pretty good!
Mutations:
Dragon/slit nose- Uncommon
Elbow and tail tufts- Uncommon
His mane and tufts are like shiny/metallic. Not sure if that's some kind of voided mutation, passable mutation, or too much conditioner/hairgel.
