Unlike Pia, some of Came's items are nonoptional. Like his dreamcatcher, he's only taken that off once in his life. And that pouch never comes off either. But the ring does.
Dreamcatcher Necklace - Previously belonged to Cameo's mother, given to him when she passed away. He never takes it off. Ever. The gem in the center is said to hold good luck when it's being worn, but it curses anyone who takes it off.
Scars - Two teeth marks on either side of his neck, a gift from Pia when they first met. He responded, as shown by the tiny scar on her shoulder, by slapping her with his claws. Silly Pameo ship. Always beating on each other.
Pouch - Uses it to carry whatever he comes across and sees as important. Never takes it off, as it often holds herbal remedies to common diseases.
Ring - Why the hell are Pia and Cameo stealing rings back and forth from each other

Lol anyways, Cameo found two shiny engagement rings in a trailer park and stole 'em because of the way they reflected light. Pia took both, wore one, and put the other in her hideaway hole. Looks like Cameo's found it and is wearing it to make her mad. Or, maybe, he knows what an engagement ring means...?
