This guys was meant to be a custom, but I didn't feel attached enough. So I turned them into a rare, and he is being put up for adoption.
Those feathers are attached to them, and they can either fold them down or fluff them up at will. They have no different Bioluminescent markings, but they do have hair edits and strangely colored eyes. I'd call them a type of witch doctor looking one.

Personality: He's very calm and reserve around the dead. Around any LIVING customers, though, and he gets skittish. He knows the living can do horrible things, even worse than what demons can do, so he usually tries to avoid them unless they're family, friends, or clients. He's mischeivous and knows a lot about ancient cursed articfacts. Some say he is a master of voodoo, too, but that's just a rumor... or is it? He likes to pull pranks on close friends but he becomes very serious when it comes to his craft, especially when it comes to the otherwordly. He, weirdly enough, gets scared easily, even though he communicates with the dead all the time, it's the living he fears. He lives in a hut filled with strange masks and charms, most given to him by others. He works best with removing and giving curses.
Why the feathers: The feathers were given to him by his ancestors, strange bird-like creatures that created him. He loved how they look and with his ability to lose things easily, he decided grafting them to his shoulders and back would make life easier. The feathers help connect him to the spirit world, and are very sensitive to spirits. They can pick up whenever someone dies or whenever a new life is created. They can puff up when he becomes frightened, which is often.

He's a rather reserved Lumie, not one to communicate when it's not nessescary. When you get to know him, he's more than just quiet. He's very sweet and loyal, and he would never disobey whoever his master is/was. He loves to do tricks for his master and his few friends, and his favorite thing to do is roll down hills. He can generally be cheery and happy, he is just quiet.

He was the subject of chemical testing. A scientist added bird DNA into his own in an attempt to have him grow wings so he could fly. It would make him even better for helping disabled, right? However, things went a little awry and he grew feathers instead.

I tried my hand at drawing the Links itself. I apologize for any proportion problems.
I surprised myself O_O. I'm not too into detail, sorry ._.

He is not the most social creature. Although he has
many questions that he wishes he could ask others,
he will keep his distance. He has learned that they
think he is strange and has decided to avoid any
possible jeering altogether. He is very curious
and can easily be distracted by certain things,
but because he hates to be seen as childish, he
tries to keep these traits at bay to the best of
his ability. He doesn't speak much. When he
does, every word is likely to be edged with a lie.
Although he can be innocent at times, he knows
how to trick others into doing his bidding if need
be. He's very determined (or stubborn) and
ambitious, refusing to give up on his goals. He's
superstitious as well, taking great interest in anything
supernatural or otherworldly. He tends to be twitchy
and in a panic he can be quite reckless. He has a sort
of cryptic aura around him.

Why?
The true reason Javier has feathers is...well...he has no idea to be honest. Ever since he was young, he's had them
(although they were only nubs then). It may seem haughty to others, but he is almost positive he was blessed. He thinks
that his feathers are some sort of special sign from above, telling him that he has a greater purpose to serve. What that
purpose is...again, no idea. Yet, he is determined to find out. He's constantly trying ways to contact spirits and deities, or
observe prophecies and visions. He does his best to find answers, despite what others say. Is he on to something? Who knows...

Personality: Ialu is a very confident and collected seer. While he has a good heart, he puts on a cynical display and can be difficult to deal with for those who take things personally, especially since he has a habit of being bluntly honest. He works in the world of dreams, using his celestial orb-gifted to him by his father back in times of peace-in order to connect to peoples' minds and help them along in their sleep, usually to try and make sense of a vision or to train his people to give them greater willpower against the evils they face. He additionally uses the orb for his own purposes, as a way to communicate with the spirits and the dead while he himself is asleep. He was born with an interest in the paranormal, though it was only a hobby until the fateful day that his clan gained a new enemy, and his only parent-his father-was killed in battle. Ialu never bothered to work up the physical strength to engage his father's killers in a vengeful fury, so he instead channeled his anger into spellcasting; while his skills were feeble at best, he surprised all of his peers by consistently winning mind games during respite. His mentor than decided it would be best to see if the young pup excelled in the mind arts-that is, a practice centered around mental stability, lucid dreaming, and fortune-seeking... and Ialu had a natural talent for it. While his best offensive spell during an attack would be to cast illusions to confuse the enemy, he works miracles behind the front lines, giving budding clan warriors the mental strength they need to face the horrors of battle and foreseeing prophecies for the clan leader. Due to the war going on, Ialu's talents have been used mostly to jump into warriors' dreams to guide them through their nightmares as a test of ultimate perserverance, though he hopes that someday he will be able to use them to visit spirits in his own sleep, and seek answers to the questions that plague everyday life.

Why does he have feathers?: It's an elusive mystery, with theories being shot down everywhere. One that hasn't been ultimately challenged though-due to its own questionable nature-is that his gift caused the feathers to grow, and that his continued usage of it is causing the feathers to grow even longer. It has been recalled that in the past, before his gift was discovered, the feathers were either extremely small and stunted, or completely nonexistant. Some of the more open-minded clan memebers suggest that the feathers were given to him by the spirits he talks to, as a thank-you gift for speaking with them. " Spirits get very lonely because so many of us can't interact with them." They claim. One clan member joked that when he's an old creature, he'll have huge wings that drag the ground. Ialu had replied with an innocent smile: " Means I get to fly, and you don't!"
