Although I may not find an OC that I like I will still make a list of 1st-3rd (Or though this may extend for exceptional entries) Unless I choose your character as my OC then you may keep them. If I do then the character belongs to me. Below is a form that I would like you fill out, but IS NOT NEEDED! It is just for me to see if your idea of an OC matches mine.
