Based on the Aztec/Incan myth of Quetzalcoatl/Viracothia.

So here's my entry. He's a dragon with feathered wings and a long tail. He wears an ostrich plume at the end of his tail, representing the Egyptian Goddess of truth, justice, and order. His eyes are heterochroma, and he wears goggles to protect his eyes when flying. On his front feet, he wears a silver and a gold bracelet (based on Egyptian jewelery). He also enjoys flying around the Andes Mountain range (in Peru, with the Incan city of Machu Pichu).

I will make a Human version.
Edit: I'm not so good with humans, so if I do make a human version, it won't be perfect.
