So this spark has a bit of a problem.
The joint around their neck does not function properly, meaning that their vocals have been damaged someway/somehow and either it just hasn't been repaired yet, or, it cannot be repaired.
Any noise this spark makes will be laced with static if not completely so from time to time. Visor does not completely obscure optics, and I only put it on the anthro ref but if you want I can edit it later to add it to the feral ; w ;
