I added some small shadings here and there, some extra hair, and a key chain loop through the cork. There's a key in it's jar filled with tears, where the key goes and why there are tears is all in your interpretation. The white dots underneath their eye is just a make-up/face-paint, and they have slightly darker eyes around the edges if its a little bit noticeable.
