She was designed by the amazing Charboo ~ link
Don't tell the others but she's one of my very favourite tolters cx
As for the coat, it took some time, but I just basically copied Charboo's amazing design. I used the watercolour and the spray paint tools I think. Plus pen pressure on my tablet c:

and yeah she is amazing I am just getting started in the tolts community got 2 and another on its way lol and ok yeah I am trying to work on different techneics with horse designs and I just though hers was amazing
