He mostly just roams around the world, collecting lost or corrupted souls through his eye jewel. He's an undead hybrid, so he can not be seen by living substances, only dead. He bleeds pink chemicals, not red blood. The chemicals is a substance that keeps him "alive", or another way to say it is to stay on the mortal world without his soul leaving to the underworld.
