Can't think of a cutiemark or a better name...

-her scepter can be reassembled into a sword (reference to a bee's stinger, lol)
-she's actually all yellow, the stripes are an accessory -- considering the possibility of the wings being fake, and the stripes being the straps for them
-crown, scepter, and lace gloves reaching up to the elbow (they are not pictured) are optional accessories
-I LOVE HER MANE; it's based on those royal cape thingies
