this is moon dancer .
A princess from her kinddom under water . When she was born she was gifted by a queen from the sky , up near the stars she gave her the gift of beauty of a shining star , and as told she did grow to be beautiful , but kind,and shone like a star.Strangely the star gift effected her appearence .
So she looked like a star. The water tribes symbol is the moon and the sun together as one and is shown in her coat . As regal as she sounds she is a very normal like girl , but is more than happy too do what needs to be done . i must add is ummm because of the gift of a star , stars are not truly know to swim , so she's very bad at swimming and needs help,but citizens are more than happy to help her .Plus she's very foolish , she's still a kid after all , but her mom isn't too pleased with that , so her mom is strict on her ( you can hear more about her on my char form ) ( when i have it done )
ok so i did it off a pastel palette and then added space then hers moon dancer or mini ( because shes a midget in her family )

thanks and how i did that there's a tool that says scatter and i used the color white gold and ect. and used the scatter tool and i make a bunch of little dots in a line or in places its really cool
