distortion had to stop besides a tree, panting 'd***it... i thought i could've caught them by now, where'd they go?!' he wondered before his attention flickered to a light, fire, that was engulfing the woods at a rapid pace 'now i'll never find them!'. distortion was about to continue on his search when a familar voice stopped him from going anywhere as flames trapped the together "you..." distortion muttered spotting the large snake. distortions eyes filled with hatred "what are you doing here?!" he growled loudly, trying to remember when he last saw the figure that was past the smaller wall of fire between them "no matter how you got here i hope you burn... i have a job to finish and i dont need you getting in my way!" he barked before leaping through the ring of fire and bound off for who he had been chasing trying to find the guys scent through the smoke-y smell that lingered on his singed fur

ok so i really wanted to draw dist in a captive-ish situation with fire and enity and things and i have to say that i am really proud of this owo

i think that this might be how they meet back up after so long of them being apart
