This is Chubs, Chubs is just his nickname. Chubs is a ghast and a wizard (sorta).
Chubs was a very old minecraft character of mine that I made in my first (memorable) sketchbook. All my minecraft characters have the worst designs ever so I decided to re-vamp them all and at the same time give reference to keep track of them on CS. ;u;
P.S. The only reason I took a long time on this was because of his hat. It was frustrating.
