My new Paper Mario/Mario OC!
Spektrum sure isn't your average Shy Guy. He's a shady character that loves nothing more but colors and making mischief. His favorite activity is going to Rogueport and spray-painting vibrant graffiti on everything, often signing it as 'Pizazz'. He's well-known in the community- at least, by that name. To make sure he doesn't get caught, and because he enjoys creativity, he often changes his clothing and mask. He can be a red, pink, or blue Shy Guy any day! He has a huge collection of masks that he's unleashed his inspiration on. He's good pals with the game show host of Snifit or Whiffit, who allows him to live with him.
