I'm full of random bubbliness today I don't know why. Anyway, I'm just experimenting with chibi and whatnot. I actually forgot I was posting in intermidiate, so sorry if it's not worthy material me and my disfunctional memory.

I know how to do that! You use the pensil to color the lines and the use pen to do light dots.

Pretty much - I did it in two layers, the top of grey dots with different darknesses (I lowered the opacity for the entire layer), then the bottom with the rainbow (just the square setting on pen/pencil and the straight line setting).

Stupid honors classes - I have no time except when I'm supposed to be doing homework but am too lazy to (like today) to draw on here. But I'll see if I can get the time/interest from other people to open an art shop
