It is pretty realistic, some things to work on though:

--The coat can have lots of different colors in it. Try adding white, black and other gray tones to it to create a varied look.
--The nose could use some texture and highlights/lowlights
--The moon could also use some highlights/lowlights
--The sky can have shades of blue and purple also, and try adding some stars as well.
