Pony OCs: Comet Tail

I'm currently working on drawing finalised designs of all 6 of my main OCs. This is the first of them, Comet Tail.
I've made some definite changes since I last drew him and I think this time I'm finally satisfied with his design... except maybe his CM. I might have to tweak that again.
