Remove the white background
Copy the link to the image (I just right click and copy image address)
Paste it into your web browser/some where to see it
Where it says ''=auto'' Change it to ''=png'' and refresh the page.
It should have no background on it, so save that image, then upload it to the avatar section when you are changing your avatar.
