Commons have one marking and 3-5 colors, 1 effect, very small line edits.
Reasons to its Rarity:
-One Marking (Starfish stars)
- Four Colors, if only counting the base colors and not the lining's colors
- Six Colors in all
- No Line Edits present

I tend to do better with simple .v.
I'd probably be best at Rare designs though, eheheh... I'll try not to make too many? ^^;
