This one is free, and comes with 500 PP and 2 auto accepted application forms. This means you will get enough PP (300 needed for a custom) to get a custom (with help from me, a premade maker, so its better than making it on the main editable page, plus you get PP, etc.), and a premade, complicated peedle (+ a basic one for free).
