brina is the shoot first ask questions later ty

the apocalypse changed everyone - no excep

when the world went to hell, ryan everett ha
lsey was walking to the local pizza parlor for
dinner. it seemed like any other regular tues
day evening, until explosions rang through t
he air and people began dropping dead like f
lies around them. the duo had immediately t
urned tail and run, but when they'd made it
home they'd realized all was lost. their famil
ies house had been hit almost directly, leavi
ng them with nothing but the clothes on thei
r backs and each other. sofia and ryan stayed
in a run-down hotel for a while, stealing food
when and where they could. when the milita
ry began killing civilians on sight, ryan stole t
wo pistols, two knives, and as much camping
gear as he could carry before escaping to the
forest. the two have been on the run for a w
hile now, trusting only each other and learn
ing how to steal and survive off the land. rett
is an extremely untrusting individual, adamen
tly refusing to join the groups they come clos
e to for fear they will cause he and his sister
harm.

growing up in a world that's completely turned
itself inside out isn't easy, but sofia rose halse
y is a surprisingly optimistic young girl. only t
welve years old, she was about ten when the
world ended. being such, she doesn't rememb
er much about her parents or life before the e
nd. her brother, ryan, has become like a fath
er to her, and she relies greatly on him to pro
tect her. though she knows the world isn't a g
rand place, fia tends to be extremely naive, o
ften not comprehending completely the world
that she will be forced to grow up in. despite
being so young, the petite blonde is an overly
clever individual, and tends to come up with
plans of attack or escape that are so far out
there they just might work. with her, she car
ries a small pistol, and it tends to be a bit of
a shock even to ryan when she uses it, as she
seems to turn into a completely different per
son. this is perhaps one of the main reasons r
ett has faith in his sister to survive should any
thing ever happen to him. her competence an
d calmness proving that she will grow into an
extremely capable woman one day.

Mitsuru was born into this mess of a world, so majority of the stories she picked up about the pre-cordyceps era through reading books in an old library she and her group used to camp at when she was little. She was fascinated by the idea of the freedom humans used to have--things like watching movies, dating, going to universities, and exploring the world seemed like a distant fantasy to her.

Unfortunately due to an unprecedented attack by the infected that left her group crippled, they had to limp to the nearby city to glean aid and provisions. Some of the members were suspected to be infected, and many were shot on sight. She and the remaining survivors scattered and fled, and she has not seen any of them in weeks.

so before i list relations, here's more into her:
sabrina is pretty much emotions with eyes and her eyebrow game is very strong. she thinks a lot despite of resorting to killing someone first. it is very hard for her to trust people - the last group she trusted ended up to be stupid. she thinks she'd make a good leader in her mind, but... leaping up and holding a knife to someone's throat isn't particularly leader-like. she can come off as mute or too immersed in her own thoughts to speak. when she does, her words and sharp, sarcastic and graceful most of the time. her brother, zephyr, is missing and it is eating her up inside. she's pretty tall too, five eleven. her temper is awful, and when she blows up her eyes can change. she can be like a cloud - her whole demeanor changes when she's upset or happy and when it does it's pretty obvious. her brother was passive, and she is not. she wants to do it 'right here and right now'. if she wants something, she's pretty relentless. she gets those ration cards one way or another. whether it be killing walkers or a fight, sabrina is merciless and ferocious. she would probably would be the one who would fight someone first or insult them. she's kind of serious and others take that badly, or they try to 'lighten' her up. she'll beat the 'lights' out of them. she has her ups and downs like a storm, but once that is through she is fairly alright and undoubtedly loyal. when she likes you she's sarcastic and kind of mean - but when she hates you it's the same thing. hard to understand, huh?
