What will you do to help this dog?

Toad, named for his pudgy, round body and lazy attitude. Viper Kennels would start by putting him on a healthy brand of dog food, and no more fatty treats! He would be treated just like the other dogs- fed 3x a day, but only at feeding time. If he doesn't eat in the period given to, his bowl will be taken up with the others. In between feedings, he will have playtime with other dogs, as well as worktime. Worktime is when a group of dogs is placed into an enclosure with a trainer and many training obstacles, to work. Eventually, Toad will lose his extra pounds and gain some muscle!

What will you do to help this dog? We would ensure that Bugs ate a healthy diet and kept up a steady exercise regime. He would have three meals a day along with the others dogs on the property and like the other dogs would have the bowl removed after being given a time period of thirty minutes to eat his meal. He will be given hour long periods outside with the other dogs and go on two walks a day, in between his meals. He would also take up agility (and obedience) to aid in him shedding the pounds, any treats used will be limited and be as healthy as we can get.
