Oops I forgot to end this yesterday! You all had really great stories and it was actually very hard to choose a winner. This will be the first MW that has an RU because it was so hard! So the runner-up is...

Trinket: a small jar warn as a necklace, filled with pure white sand. His mother gave it to him at a young age, describing beautiful beach scene only weeks before her passing. It reminds him of better days and of warmer nights. This necklace is usually hidden by something, being fur or web. He doesn't like people seeing it not that he's ashamed of it, he has a fear of losing it. It was the only thing his mother had left before leaving and never coming back.
I thought this item was pretty unique and could make for an interesting story, of how the Weaver longed to see the beach and their journey to get there. It made me think and see a story unfold, so I will be making you a runner-up MW, that is if you want one!
PM me if you're interested. Congrats!
And our winner is...

Name:kurakun-meaning 'close together'
note: i made this name up ((i believe, havent seen it anywhere else yet, so lil disclaimer for some consent!)Trinket: what is this weaver's most treasured item, and why?: a key charm, for it was given to him by his mother before she passed away.the key means more to kurakun than anything, for its a close kept family keepsake that has been passed down from parent to child over many years, and although rusted a bit, keeps the memories of those who passed, living on in memories and stories to be told to the young generation. kurakun has learned of so many tales just from this key, and he knew, that even though it unlocked nothing physical, it kept a firm lock on the bearers memories, keeping them in the mind nice and safe so they never seemed to fade or falter when told. This is why he holds it dear, and doesnt allow others to touch it, for he doesnt want any other to grasp into this complex sort of knowledge thats not even theirs, because it would mean a thing to them. Kurakun on some nights watched the stars, grasping the key to see if he could spot the stars that represented those that the stories told of, hoping one day he would have someone who would do the same whence he was gone.

Despite the text being a bit hard to read x.x I really liked the story that went with this one and idea of a key being passed down in the family, able to 'open a door to the past' so to speak, and all the Weavers that came before. You also went beyond what was required with some cute art to flank your form, and I enjoy when people put in extra effort that I don't require, it makes me see how much they really want to adopt. So congrats!
Thank you everyone who entered and I hope you keep trying. I'll try to get another Weaver or two up this week!
