Meet Ro, the spirit of a cat who was run over by a truck.

Originally, before she met her fate, Ro was naive, optimistic and airheaded. She eventually became bitter at her own demise and the world below, and began to lie and cheat to get her mind off her bitterness, claiming that she "only does it for the thrill". Eventually through her own resentment (and the strange abilities gotten from becoming ethereal) she began to control luck and bend it to her will. Sometimes she'll even fiddle with someone' else's luck recklessly, often not noting the consequences or seeing what could happen to said person's life.

She is also known as "Miss Fortune" or "Lady Luck".
