Bees make up for around 80% of the variety in our food. This is because they are one of the most important pollinators. Without pollination most plants cannot flower, and thus cannot produce seeds or fruits.

When bees die, we will go with them

Currently a lot of pesticides are used in order to ''help'' our plants. However, this toxic stuff does more harm than good. Not only does it kill our bees, which are of extreme value, it kills the natural predators. Pests do not exist in nature, because there are natural mechanisms to deal with them. Pesticides kill the natural defence of nature, and therefore increase pests in the future.

actually we will but our diet would be wheat, rice and corn because they don't need bees to survive. But our life would still suck without bees

Although I did not delve deeper in the influence of bees on natural systems. Besides, they would probably not easily truly disappear, only decline in number.
