I traveled across realms for a reason - to study one beautiful creature in particular.
In the deepest, darkest areas of the Enchanted Forest realm, there exits a creature called the Umbaroth. Long, razor claws stretch from its hands, and it balances on two hind legs as thin as twigs. Its entire body can be compared to the root of a twisted tree, sometimes bent and curved, and sometimes as straight as can be. It is a dark, vicious creature when threatened by mankind - or any animal in general. It lurks in the shadows of trees and bushes, stalking its prey with two golden, glowing eyes. There are dozens of them, and they each have very similar markings, growing from four to six feet tall in full adult form.
As I have observed these creatures from the tallest tree, I have not been able to travel back across realms, for their very existence is what's keeping me from returning to my own. They wait for me to climb down from the tree, and I wait for them to return back to their homes. These creatures possess such magic that I cannot kill them off, simply because it would be too much of a burden to carry - the thought of destroying these marvelous creatures. So I wait patiently until the day that they lose interest so I may explore the rest of this new realm. Oh, how wonderful the thought of more creatures out there like these.
So this is just a little random story to go along with this drawing...
