Yes, yes, I know. All of you Lugia-fans out there are probably cringing out there as you watch me post up a light blue Lugia.
But I actually added some highlights/shadow and didn't want them to get wasted out there.
And I wrote Lugia's name all girly, and I have now decided to never do that again because it makes me look like such a girl o.-; *twitches*
And I also decided to make his feet claws instead of the flabby things he originally called feet.
