I dunno why I decided to enter. I attempted to bridle the forelegs and faces, and that like blue is the eyes but then I put glowing eyes.. For the light tips, it's the base color but put the color to 0%, using a pen. The tongue is multi-colored, or you can say that's a blood stain or splatter. I thought going with a somewhat blue theme would be cool, especially how it fits. I made it a female, but feel free to ask it to be a male or for something to be added!
