I'm working on stuff atm but yes this is Cain, in his normal form. If you've noticed that red eye of his is temporarily gone, its because it only appears when he shifts into ghoul form, or is very agitated - emotional - angered - excited, ect
I'll add his eyepatch and items in a lower ref, this is his main ref u w u <3

Notes: He has breeding requirement thingys.

- Very, very, very low chance at having twins, unless a item is used.
- Although the pups will have ghoul blood, they won't be ghouls unless he has mated with another full ghoul rpw. Since he's already a half one, the chances of him passing down a ghoul side and kagune is impossible with a normal rpw.
- It's possible for his ghoul blood to show though, the pups have chances of looking like his ghoul self instead of his normal self.
- The ghoul eye won't be passed down, but normal eyes will c:
