ah, it's been forever since I last designed a pseudo on these lines, I'd forgotten how fun it is.

so, apparently it's impossible for me to create a design without the watercolor brush.

She can create? summon? (I can't think of the write word) -anyways, golden wings can sometimes materialize from her tattoos. she can't always do this, and they cannot carry her for long. she is loosely based off of the song 'beautiful girl' by broken iris.

weakness in power ;;
when it comes to their ability to produce their wings Altsoba is faced with several adversaries. [1] Being so fragile with the magic they are created of the wings can not withstand any sort of moisture. If faces with water of any sort Altsoba must keep his wings firmly in their "sleeves" as they will dissolved and/or melt. [2] The wings can not bare any sort of weight for long. When attempting to fly Altsoba can only keep up a slight hover for a few minutes at the most. [3] They can not be touched in any way. If any sort of contact is made with the wings they instantly dissolve back into Altsoba's tattoos. [4] The formation of the wings is a constant energy drain on Altsoba. Their ability to keep the wings up constantly changed depending on their energy level. If allowed to drain their energy too low Altsoba will fall into an indefinate sleep. [5] Altsoba's wings cause them a physical weakness. While also draining their energy the wings make it more difficult for them to move or so any sort of physical activity, almost like a calcification of their muscles.

as with all powers there are certain times that Altsoba is even able to produce their wings. [1] During periods of high emotional stress or surprise. Altsoba can not summon their wings while they are calm or rationally thinking as they can not process how. [2] The wings can not be produced in direct sunlight, this means they may only be seen and functional in realtive shade and darkness.[3] Altsoba must be fully awake and functioning in order to summon them. If distracted by needs of sleep, hunger, or thirst while seeking them then they shall not appear.
