i have no idea why the old one got so much attention so i decided to redraw it :0 im not totally happy with the outcome b/c the pose looks a little flat but yes! im still happy with my improvement

basically i fill the canvas with monochromatic noise on a new layer, use box blur set to 1 iteration, then set the layer to overlay! i change the opacity if i need to. it makes it look like watercolour paper c:

ah thank you!! ;v; also yes i adore sonic omg... I have played SA2!! the PS3 port - but i still really love it, despite it being really glitchy haha...
