What is a Muffin Kitten?

Muffin Kittens, or Crustum Catus, are small, thin furred, long necked catlike animals. They previously were only housepets, eating a wide variety of fancy cat foods and staying in muffins, until the corporation that funded their care was sued and shut down for animal testing. They are nearly endangered, and have adapted to leave their muffins. They still retain generally thin fur, and can eat a wide variety of things from trash to fancy pet food.

HECK YES. You people may have called it. Muffin Kittens are back in business! (With some pre-applied staff)

Breeding rules

-Per user, one breeding per 6 weeks.
-Both users must give consent, it will not slip past the mods.
-Muffin Kittens mate for life, MK A cannot mate with MK B and then later MK C.
-MKs are obviously not allowed to inbreed.
-MKs usually have 1-3 kits and it takes about a week in sped up for impatient people time for the kits to be born.
-Rules are a WIP-

Rules

Hiya! I'm Alvin. I'm the creator of this little establishment. If one thing hasn't changed from old times, it's that I'm still a law-abiding cat. I advise to make sure you read all of my rules.

-Rules for adoption-
-Please PM the owner if you no longer want or can no longer take care of your Muffin Kitten.
-Don't steal designs or Muffin Kittens
-Excluding breedings, you may own up to 3 Muffin Kittens
-Please be respectful, don't yell at artists/the person who got it if you don't get a Muffin Kitten you wanted. Pity playing is a strike.
-Artist Rules-
-No excessive blood or gore, a few scars or scratches is fine.
-Line edits are fine, tracing is not.
-Take time on your design, don't spam them out willy-nilly!
-Please refrain from bright colored eyesores. MKs usually have a base of natural-ish colors and possibly bright or unnatural markings

Strikes and Bans

Get three strikes and you're out.
No strikes! Yay.

People who are banned cannot adopt any Muffin Kittens, and may have any MK's they own revoked.
No bans! Yay!!

Heya! It's Alvin, I'm making this little news stand to keep everyone updated on all the local news.
HEADLINE: MUFFIN KITTENS BACK INTO THE FRAY
After months of abandonment when the company funding the adoption and care of Muffin Kittens was sued for animal testing, all Muffin Kittens were left to die. But they didn't. And after a few short weeks, they began to round up the Muffin Kittens who had adapted to the wild. Now, with help from former Muffin Kitten chief of police and a small band of people who had quit said company, the Muffin Kittens are being adopted once again.

A note to our mods and artists
Hey guys, this is Izzie. Addressing this to Fire, Pink and Cherry. Thank you all for doing this. I have so many things to do and a lot of my free time is used de-stressing (and doing nothing), so your help is greatly appreciated. (You don't have to have eighty billion at a time, just have one or two out at a time! ^w^)
