It's really a crappy heart. I forgot a lot of the other valves and such.

I've never had a heartburn before, so I wouldn't know. Then again, I don't eat fast food that often.

I have heartburn and I'm too young to have them. Had them ever since I was little. I hate them. Their painful and uncomfortable.

The title was a sorta pun about heartburn but there is a space there. Heart burn. two words, not one. It's not about the physical pain you get in your heart, but the mental pain. Hence the nail in the head.
