I walked a few feet ahead of Nitro. Oops, I mean "Master Chief". I could feel his blue eyes glaring a hole in my back. Me just being there was getting on his nerves. Ah, I really did enjoy being a nuisance.
"So, Master Chief." I stressed his military name. "How much longer until we meet up with the others."
"Quit calling me that," the Chief growled. I smirked to myself.
"I thought you said I had to call you 'Master Chief'. Or did that suddenly change?" I said sarcastically. Nitro huffed in annoyance.
"Just shut up, and walk," he snapped. I skipped a few feet away from him. He kept his pace at a smooth walk, his ears pinned against his head.
"So, Nitro-"
"That's 'Master Chief' to you, human."
"Gosh, make up your mind already!" I said, throwing my hands up in the air in frustration.
Scene from a story of mine called "2012: Rise of the Fear". Nitro(Bloodstone's son) is not fairing so well with his human charge, Sarah. She mocks him and he can't seem to make up his mind on what he wants her to call him XD.
"Rise of the Fear", all characters, and story events belong to me.
