I think Ottertooth would be a good deputy because he's the type of cat others can relate to and don't have a hard time talking or opening up to. His loyalty to his clan would make them his top priority which means that their safety and health would all come before his. When he's given a task to do or a duty he always follows through because anything that's incomplete or half-done, is pretty much a failure in his books. His charisma is contagious and even though he has one of the higher positions in the clan, he doesn't treat others like they are beneath him, but more like an equal.
