Meet the Dragon's thief, Arcturus, later named Dracul. Yeah, he was sort of stupid and stole a heart-scale from a dragon. Now he is an immortal abomination, who is forced to hide in cloaks 90% of the time. Not wearing 'em now, of course, because he's showing off, or something, IDK.
He's sort of my persona, so yeah.
UPDATE: His name is Esteban now :P
