everyone meet noel, my second plummie o:

i've thought up a little bit of a personality for him so here it is! --

"santa's little helper" is one that you would think is the kindest of all, most generous and hard working, the one who deserves the position the most. noel is nearly the opposite of that. his brother, chris, works alongside him as santa's favorite elves. while chris is happy to have the position, noel just wants to play around. he doesn't exactly care about the "spirit of the holiday" or "bringing joy to children", he prefers to spend his time goofing around and pulling pranks. he especially loves to tick off other elves he works with, though not his brother. he has a special connection with his brother. chris is probably the only plummie that can withstand all the pranks noel attempts, and noel respects him for it.
