This pallio is very fluffy, however the fluff doesn't interfere with their gills so their cape still flows out just fine. They've got a pretty long tail and their ears are a little small and rounded. Their cape is a swirly type, however it also appears to sparkle*. Overall, they're a lil' shorter than the average pallio.
*sparkly capes have been around since the beginning, but I keep forgetting to design pallios with it.
