Kipepeo ("Butterfly" in Swahili)

Jimantha

Kipepeo, or Kipe for short, is sweet, kind, and caring. She is also very smart and enjoys studying different species of butterflies. If her friends are sad, she will do everything in her power to raise their spirits or make them smile. She dislikes when people bully or are bullied and will often stand up for the victims.

Kipe's special talent is- you may have guessed it- butterfly catching and studying. Kipe loves surveying a butterfly's anatomy and will sometimes gently scrape scales off their wings to study under a microscope. She is also extremely cautious with live butterflies and will never intentionally bring harm to them. You may be asking yourself, "I thought Jimmys ate butterflies! Why doesn't she?" Well, ever since she was a baby, Kipe has loved butterflies and could never imagine consuming one of them.
