what's special about him/her: him being blind, his sense of smell and hearing are exceptional, ten times better than any others. he is feisty, and the slightest remark to his blindness offends him. because of this, he has great perseverance and determination, and will not stop once he starts something.
why he/she's blind: as soon as he was born, he toppled over and rolled into some bushes. the thorns pricked his eyes, and his face fell into s puddle. when he lifted his face, his blue eyes were glazed and glassy. but he insisted he was fine.
other: maybe a name like Koby (fierce eyes) or Cade (dark sky)
