What does he like to collect:
Sin likes to collect a bit of water from every time it rains. He will stay out for hours, upon days, and maybe even weeks holding an empty jar labelled with the date, waiting for the rain to stop, just so he can see if there is a rainbow. He then proceeds to mark the jar with a sun if he sees one, or a cloud if he does not. This started as a habit, and now, Sin does it every time the first drip falls.
