My best attempt of drawing people. But i want to get better so any constructive critique is welcome

[a few helpful tips]
look at some anatomy, if you're having trouble (ex: finger-position for a certain gesture), try to do the certain action yourself, even look in the mirror to point out examples and copy them down.
detail is appealing to the eye! look at little samples of certain points such as neck, shoulders, etc, or find a style that fits you (aka: me mimicking the cut-off shaped finger-style that psg uses for their characters).
symmetry is very important, one little detail that isn't off can ruin the entire picture. i suggest practicing on ms-paint, and copy, paste, and flip an area you're having problems on making identical.
also, if you don't feel comfortable with a certain style, loosen up and try something else, such as changing realistic to something cartoony.
