Finally done!
That tail was done TWICE!!!
I tried a new skill as well, which was always fun. That overlay though lol!
And the lights are STARS not souls. My friend thought they looked like souls, they aren't. They are stars. He is a deity of stars and is also a Demi God AND a sprite/spirit of Stars. Just like Sylro is the deity/demigod/spirit of candles and spirits and fire
