I'm sorry I can't leave a particularly articulate comment at the moment, but I'll give it my best shot.

This is really good. I love the sketchy roughness of the outline and the mostly clean inner lines and coloring. I like the simple shading as it gives a bit of darkness to the evil kitty. The mouth and eye immediately draw the viewer's eye, as you intended, and it's striking. The lines are sketchy in a few spots but in many places very nice and overall, anatomy is a yes. So. Nice drawing, mate.
