So, here are some tips;

Okay, my first tip is to draw the body before the cloths, that way you can make the cloths fit the figure without guessing the form of the body. Second, when drawing the body, I usually use three parts, the chest, the belly, and the hips. I draw the chest first, where the ribs are in about the shape I showed with a larger top and a smaller bottom. you can add feminine elements on top of that if you wish. Then I use a circle/oval for the hips, I put it a little less than a chest length down, then I fill in the curves. For the arms I start by drawing lines for the bones and dots for the joints. Then fill in the bulk of the arms around the lines, you can use circles for the elbows and shoulders to give you an idea of how large you wan the arms to be. This is the same for the legs. The face is quite lovely, no need to correct that. The last thing would be the neck, I would just say make it a little fatter. Thats all C:
