Finally finished the RU pallio for Tealea!

This pallio has small, pointy ears and a short tail. Overall, they have a sort of short stature compared to an average pallio. Their cape is a bubble style type. It's kind of like a normal cape, but it's more uh, bubbly, when it flows out and stuff.
