I've had this idea for an equine species for a while called "Atlantis Equines" but I'm not skilled enough to draw the lines myself so that's where you come in. I'm looking for those artists who are awesomely talented at drawing horses and anyone who wants to give it a shot 
Now for a few guidelines and rules that you MUST follow in order to win.
Rules
• Follow all the normal rules
• Don't guilt trip people
• If you don't win don't worry there will be an artist comp at a later date
• You must add me once you've finished so I can verify you have all the layers I requested
• Have fun!
Must Haves
• Basic Full Body Lines
• Highlight & Shading Layer
• Seperate Layer for "Male Part"
• Mane & Tail lines
• All layers must be "Lock Alpha"
Would Like {optional}
• Foal Lines
• Different Mane & Tail styles
• Halter
• "Feathering" layer
• This crystal around neck {or tied to halter if you choose to do a halter}

1) I'd prefer that lines be drawing using oekaki as I do have other art programs but pretty clueless as on how to use them so it'd be easier on me if they were on oekaki.
2) Prizes will probably be added during the competition and may range from pets, art, customs, ect.
